Street Food Parties

There are going to be regular Friday Street Food Parties at Steam-Bristol this spring and summer following the success of their first event on the 9th December where five Bristol Eats traders served street food to local Friday night revellers and residents. Having started out as a market trader, Hanley says, ‘I always enjoyed the buzz of working the markets and I like the ethos of the street food team at Bristol Eats. I’m keen to bring people to the pub as well as give the traders a place to sell street food.’ Steam-Bristol is well placed for a successful regular market with its central location, undercover lit seating area with a festival tent installation and alliance with Bristol Eats.

Bristol Eats (also known as BEats) is a group of passionate and committed street food traders. Their aim is to blend the South West’s freshest street food offerings with vibrant markets and exciting nights out. They have high values about where their food is sourced, its provenance and their impact on the environment. The emphasis is on having great street food – locally sourced, from around the world, lovingly made by Bristol street food chefs.
