Do I have to reserve a table?
As we have reduced capacity due to government guidelines, we have introduced a booking system. We will have many tables that will be free for walk-ins.
Check Your Email
It is your responsibility to check your email (including junk mail ) for your booking confirmation. Please note bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours under any circumstances.
To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card.
Your card will be CHARGED if you do not honour your booking or cancel it 24 hours beforehand.
In the event that you do not show up for your booking or if you cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment, your card will be charged £30.
What if we are running late?
We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes (no exceptions) Please note: after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee your booking and will release your table. Your booking end time will remain the same.
How do I make changes to my booking?
For most bookings, you can edit yourself via your confirmation email 24 hours before your booking. This includes changing the number of guests or the booking date and time. This will automatically check for availability and reschedule your booking.
How do I Cancel?
Please do not attempt to contact us by phone or email to cancel or amend your booking. You can only cancel your booking by responding to your confirmation email. Please note you cannot cancel within 24 hours of your booking (no exceptions).
